Exchanges & Returns
I am located in Denmark, what is your return & exchange policy?
We have a 30-day Return & Exchange policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if requested.
Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange per order, and we'll cover the shipping fees.
Returns: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, and you will need to cover the return shipping fees. Please note that we do not refund any shipping fees.
I am a customer from the EU, what is your return policy?
We have a 30-day Return & Exchange policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if requested.
Exchanges: You can always exchange your order, but you will need to cover the shipping fees.
Returns: We can only process refunds to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
I need to start an Exchange
Please start your exchange here. Be sure to include the new color/size you'd like to exchange for. Your exchange will be shipped out as soon as we’ve inspected and cleared the product(s).
Please use a box or a sturdy bag to protect the item(s) during shipment. We recommend always obtaining a receipt when dropping off your exchange. If your return is lost and you cannot provide proof of shipment, we will be unable to process your exchange.
Note: We offer one complimentary shipping fee coverage for exchanges per order (DK).
I need to start a Return
We're sorry to hear you're needing to make a return. We’d appreciate it if you could fill out the "reason for return" section during the process - it helps us improve! Thanks, babe! Please start your return here.
Use a box or sturdy bag to protect the item(s) during shipment. We recommend always obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return. If your return is lost and you can't provide proof of shipment, we won’t be able to process your return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wiildswimwear.com.
If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will the discount code be available again for a new purchase?
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as if the hygiene cover has been removed from the swimwear, our Nipple Pads and gift cards.

I received the wrong product / There is a flaw in my order

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Just send your order number to mj@wiildswimwear.com with a note requesting the cancellation.
Shipping Policy
When can I expect the delivery of my order? (Denmark)
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days. Backordered items, preorders or items not in stock may have a longer delivery time. During particularly busy periods, specific items may have an extended expected delivery time.
Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.
When can I expect the delivery of my order? (EU)
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 2-10 business days. Backordered items, preorders or items not in stock may have a longer delivery time. During particularly busy periods, specific items may have an extended expected delivery time.
Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Denmark: 39 DKK. Parcel shop delivery with GLS. Free delivery on orders of 600 DKK or more.
Europe: 9,25€. Parcel shop delivery with GLS/DHL/UPS.
Please note that some delivery methods may not be available for certain addresses and time intervals. You will only see the available delivery methods for your delivery address during the ordering process. We reserve the right to deliver to a different location than the one you selected if your chosen location is full. In that case, we will deliver your order to an alternative location chosen by the carrier.
